With the passage of SB24-048, the Liquor Enforcement Division is required to convene a group of stakeholders and adopt rules in order to assist individuals who are recovering from substance use disorders.
An application is required to serve on this working group formally, but members of the public are always welcome to attend and provide comments. The application closes on June 23, 2024. Individuals who have been selected to sit on the working group will be notified by July 1.
Dates and times of working group meetings will be released at a later date and posted to this webpage. Please contact the Division at dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us with any questions or concerns about Substance Use Disorder Rulemaking 2024.
