Division of Gaming Releases December Limited Gaming Numbers

 

 

Lakewood – February 6, 2026 – The Colorado Division of Gaming today released the limited gaming figures for December 2025, reflecting continued strong performance that is raising significant tax revenue for the state.

 

Total tax collections for Fiscal Year 2026 through December reached $78,038,895.72, marking an increase of $2,780,341.80, or 3.69%, when compared to the same period in Fiscal Year 2025 ($75,258,553.92). This substantial year-over-year increase underscores the positive fiscal impact of the limited gaming industry on state programs and initiatives.

 

The Division of Gaming reported a Total Adjusted Gross Proceeds (AGP) of $93,702,595.96 for the month of December, representing a 2.89% increase from the prior month. Fiscal year-to-date Total AGP also increased, climbing 2.34% to $573,867,925.30 for FY 2026 through November.
