Colorado limited gaming tax collections show strong October performance
Lakewood – December 5, 2025 – Limited gaming tax collections continue to show strong growth for the state, according to data released today by the Colorado Department of Revenue’s Division of Gaming for October 2025.
Total taxes collected in October totaled $14,298,272.21, representing an 11.12% increase compared to the prior month, and a 4.89% increase compared to October of the prior year.
The positive trend is also reflected in the fiscal year-to-date totals. Total tTaxes collected for Fiscal Year 2026 through October reached $47,140,661.08, marking a 3.85% increase over the same period in Fiscal Year 2025.
“The strong October results demonstrate the continuing health and vitality of Colorado’s gaming industry," said Christopher Schroder, Director of the Division of Gaming. "We are pleased to see the consistent growth in total tax collected, which directly benefits state programs and services.
