Colorado Division of Gaming Announces March 2024 Sports Betting Figures

Taxes Collected on Sports Betting Show Increase in Fiscal Year Taxes To Date Collected Over March 2023

 

Lakewood - April 30, 2024 - The Colorado Division of Gaming, part of the Colorado Department of Revenue (CDOR), released the monthly sports betting figures for March 2024. Fiscal Year Taxes To Date show a 15.53% increase  over March of 2023. Here are the figures:

Total Handle: March 2024

$593,094,977.24 (10.45% increase from February 2024)

Represents a 19.95% increase from the total handle for March 2023 ($494,440,209.59)

Total Handle: February 2024

$536,988,261.40

 

Total Taxes: March 2024

$2,852,591.54 (119.06% increase from February 2024)

Represents a 8.07% decrease from March 2023 ($3,103,024.26)

Total Taxes: February 2024

$1,302,173.78

 

Fiscal Year Wagers To Date, including March 2024

$4,706,516,619.37

Represents a 15.84% increase from the FYTD Wagers from March 2023 ($4,062,839,043.03)

Fiscal Year Taxes To Date, including March 2024

$23,506,765.97

Represents a 15.53% increase from the FYTD Taxes from March 2023 ($20,346,558.74)
