Operator Fees
On June 20, 2024, the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission approved the following Operating Fees for Sports Betting:
- Internet Sports Betting Operator Licensee OR Master, Licensee conducting internet sports betting: $78,000
- Sports Betting Operator Licensee OR Master Licensee conducting retail sports betting: $11,700
*These fees are set for the Fiscal Year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025); taking effect July 1, 2024, and must be paid prior to July 31, 2024.
License Fees
Key and Support License fees for Sports Betting are the same as Gaming. *If you have a support or key license it can be used for Gaming or Sports betting.
New Master License: $2,000
Renewal Master License: $250
New and Renewal Sports Betting Operator License: $1,200
New and Renewal Internet Sports Betting License: $1,200
