The Colorado Department of Revenue’s Marijuana Enforcement Division (Division) is initiating its 2023 annual permanent rulemaking process to review and update existing rules, propose new rules as necessary, and implement 2023 legislation. For additional information on legislation the Division is responsible for implementing, please see the Division’s 2023 Cannabis Legislation Summary. As part of this process, the Division is facilitating the following work groups to collaborate on proposed rule updates and soliciting interested parties to apply to serve on the work groups.
