The Marijuana Enforcement Division is seeking stakeholder feedback for rulemaking specific to the SB19-224 Accelerator Program. In particular, we are asking for your input on an additional Proposed Separate Premises Model.
We also understand that there are ongoing conversations regarding social equity initiatives that may be considered during this 2020 legislative session. Please know that we have an interest in engaging in and supporting these discussions and ensuring such efforts inform our continued development of the Accelerator Program.
We appreciate the opportunity to continually engage in these discussions with you. We are listening and eager for your input. To support efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19 and to comply with public health social-distancing guidelines and orders, along with the desire to ensure sufficient opportunities for stakeholder participation in the Accelerator Program rulemaking process and support the success of the Accelerator Program, the permanent rulemaking, tracking no. 2020-00115 is terminated. Therefore, the permanent rulemaking hearing scheduled for March 30, 2020, is canceled.
