Schedule an Appointment

Appointments must be scheduled using the Online Scheduling System listed at the bottom of this page.

Find a time slot and book your appointment.

Please be on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Appointments will be conducted at the main AID office: 1707 Cole Blvd, Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80401.
Prepare for Your Appointment

Applications must be complete.

Applications missing documents, copies of Identification, or copies of certified court documents may be rejected.

If your application is rejected, you will be asked to schedule a new appointment.

Please be aware that you may not be issued a temporary salesperson license during your visit. Should this happen, if appropriate, it will be e-mailed to your dealership.
