Fee Changes Effective August 1 2018

Dear Liquor Stakeholders,

On July 25, 2018, the Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) filed notice with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office for emergency and permanent rulemaking in regards to reducing State Application fees effective August 1, 2018.

On September 19, 2018, the State Licensing Authority adopted the permanent rules for fees changes that were effective August 1, 2018, via an emergency rule. View the statement of adoption and a copy of the fee as changed on August 1, 2018.
The LED will update all applicable forms and the fee schedule on our website on August 1, 2018. All applications received by the LED on or after August 1, 2018 will be charged the new fee.
