On July 25, 2018, the LED filed notice with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office concerning the permanent rule notification for modification of fees. On the same date, the State Licensing Authority adopted Emergency Rules to reflect these changes Effective August 1, 2018. The Liquor Rules Working Group (which meets on August 27, 2018) will discuss this permanent rule request.
