MED 2023 Annual Permanent Rulemaking

The Colorado Department of Revenue’s Marijuana Enforcement Division 2023 annual permanent rulemaking process to review and update existing rules was completed, final rules were adopted Nov. 8, 2023, and effective as of Jan. 8, 2024.
