The Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) are the codified general and permanent statutes of the Colorado General Assembly. The Colorado Marijuana Code is comprised of Title 44, Article 10, Sections 101 et. seq. (44*-10-101 et. seq. C.R.S.). Please note that legislation passed during the 2019 Legislative Session (SB19-224 Sunset Regulated Marijuana) mandated that effective January 1, 2020, the Colorado Marijuana Code be consolidated from Articles 11 (Medical) and 12 (Retail) into a single Article 10 (Regulated Marijuana).
