Stakeholder Workshop - ICMP Proposed Changes
Rules
The Division of Gaming is considering the following rule changes:
ICMP Section 13: Surveillance System Standards proposed changes
The Division will also be initiating the rulemaking process, proposing revisions to Rule 16: Regulation 30-1601(5), (6) and (7) to amend the language to include:
Group A: No proposed changes
Group B: Up to 499 devices
Group C: 500 + devices
The Division invites all stakeholders to attend this workshop and provide comments if desired. We welcome your participation in our rulemaking process. Questions or comments can be emailed to dor_gaming_rulemaking@state.
A formal rulemaking hearing has not been scheduled.
