Rulemaking - Racing

The Division of Racing Events (DORE) will be hosting a rulemaking workshop for stakeholders on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. As a result, the Division is requesting that any interested parties submit draft rule proposals to the Division's rulemaking email (dor_racing_rules@state.co.us) by Friday, January 23, 2026. The Division will post all draft rule proposals for Chapter 5 - VETERINARY PRACTICES, ANIMAL HEALTH AND MEDICATION and GREYHOUND to the DORE Rulemaking webpage. The rulemaking workshop on Friday, January 30, 2026 will be virtual ONLY via Zoom.
