Rulemaking Hearing - Fantasy Contests Rule 1

The  Division of Gaming will hold a Public Rulemaking Hearing for Fantasy Contest Rules on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, beginning at 8:30 am and will be held via Zoom webinar.

The Division is seeking approval for changes to Rules of Fantasy Contest Operator Licensing and Registration, Rule 1: General Rules and Regulations, Regulation 1.3 - Authorized fantasy contests.
