How to Apply
Apply for a Business License by completing and submitting the following information and forms to the Division of Racing Events at 1707 Cole Blvd. Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80401.
Application Fees:
- Original Minor Business Application Fee: $90.50
- Original Major Business Fee: $225
- Pari Mutuel Wagering Facility Application: $250
Please note an additional $39.50 will be added to ALL licensing fees IF the Division processes your fingerprints
