Good afternoon,
Due to the implementation of House Bill 24-1353, the Firearms Dealer Division drafted the enclosed proposed regulations under 1 CCR 214-1. Any interested person may submit a written comment relating only to the proposed regulations. The written comment period will close on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 5 p.m. Comments received by the Firearms Dealer Division pertaining to the proposed rules will be reviewed, adjustments may be made by the division, and responded to as part of our rulemaking process.

The Firearms Dealer Division has not yet scheduled the next Rulemaking Working Group Meeting. However, a date will be scheduled in the near future.
