Several liquor laws went into effect today, August 8, 2018. The Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) provided documentation and training for all the new laws (except SB 18-243) earlier this year.
We are sharing the document again with the industry as a reminder of the laws that went into effect today. Please review the letter to the industry from May, which provides more detail of each new law.
