• Stipulation, Agreement, and Order (SAOs): an agreement between the Division and the licensee that acknowledges non-compliant activity on the part of the licensee and requires the licensee to resolve the non-compliant concerns. The agreement may require the licensee[s] to reduce the risk of future non-compliance activity, suspend operations, relinquish the business or owner license, and pay a fine.  Following are SAOs issued in 2023.
