New Wine Packaging Permit Form

 

The Colorado Liquor Enforcement is now authorized to issue Wine Packaging Permits due to HB14-1034, which Governor Hickenlooper signed into law on May 9, 2014. The Wine Packaging Permit will allow a winery, limited winery or a wine/spirits wholesaler to package tax paid wine into bottles, cans and kegs for other wine manufacturers. This permit costs $200.00.To apply, use Liquor Enforcement form DR8008.
