Liquor | SB16-197
Dear Liquor Stakeholders,
As you may know by now, Governor Hickenlooper signed SB16-197 today.
This bill is quite lengthy and changes many aspects of Colorado Liquor Code over the next several years. We have received many phone calls about how this will impact the liquor industry, enforcement and local licensing authority's duties. This email is to assist with communicating to you about the Division's plan on implementing SB16-197.
In the next couple of months, the Division will be hosting a variety of training classes for stakeholders, which will include changes to all the laws passed this year in addition to changes from SB16-197. We will also have a time for Q&A. We expect to have these training classes in different regions and will communicate the schedule to you as soon as it is complete.
In addition to changes to the laws, we will also be adding new forms and making changes to some of our existing forms.
