Dear Stakeholders,
Yesterday, June 4, 2018, Governor John Hickenlooper signed SB 18-243. Several parts of this bill became law upon his signature so the Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) is providing the attached bulletin to provide guidance concerning the immediate changes.
The LED will hold classes throughout the summer to provide detailed training for all of the changes for SB 18-243. Please look for upcoming emails with class information.
We will also be creating a questions form on our website where you can ask specific questions concerning SB 18-243 so we can include the answers in our training.
If you have any questions and the law currently impacted from SB 18-243, let us know. If you have questions concerning the affect to the industry on January 1, 2019, we ask you wait to attend one of our classes as we are getting several requests for information.
