LED Rules Meeting Jan 2019

The Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) is conducting a stakeholder meeting for the following rules:

  • Permanent Rules for 2019 that filed with the Secretary of State's Office on December 5, 2018 - we will take comments on those rules that were added or changed from the permanent rules filed on September 27, 2018. Please keep in mind, all comments provided to the LED at the rulemaking hearing (both oral and written) as a part of the hearing on November 1, 2018 will be included in the rule record for these permanent rules.
  • Emergency Rules for Regulations 47-009 and 47-010 that were adopted on December 5, 2018.
