LED Rulemaking- Tobacco Working Group Selections
May 15th, 2025
Hello,
The Division has received a large number of applications from those who wish to participate in agency rulemaking for the tobacco regulations this year. We sincerely thank everyone for their interest in participating. Although not everyone can be selected, the Division believes it has selected a well-rounded group of working group members from across the tobacco industry to participate. Rest assured that if your application was not selected this year, the Division encourages you to participate as a member of the public. At each working group meeting, the Division will take time to hear from the public on each proposal and, as always, will take written comments between meetings.
