DELIVERY PERMIT NOTIFICATION
 
Dear Liquor Licensee's and Stakeholders,
 
This message pertains to Retail Liquor Stores, Liquor Licensed Drug Stores, and Fermented Malt Beverage (Off Premises) retail Licensees.
 
Per Regulation 47-426 (A)(5)(b), 1-CCR 203-2, the state licensing authority has been accepting delivery permit applications from any retailer licensed pursuant to section 44-3-409 or 44-3-410, or subsection 44-4-107(1)(a), C.R.S.
 
Effective July 1, 2020, any retailer licensed pursuant to section 44-3-409 or 44-3- 410, or subsection 44-4-107(1)(a), C.R.S., must hold a valid delivery permit issued by the state licensing authority to deliver alcohol beverages pursuant to the Colorado Liquor Code, the Colorado Beer Code, and applicable regulation.
 
The Delivery Permit application is only available online. The LED has been mailing instructions on how to obtain the delivery permit to holders of the above licenses with the most recent renewal application. IF you would like to apply for a delivery permit and have not received your instructions, please contact the LED at dor_liqlicensing@state.co.us. The LED must provide you with a confirmation number before you can go online to obtain your permit. There is no fee associated with the application.
