LED-2025 Tobacco Rules Working Group Session #1 Reminder

Good afternoon, 

This is a reminder that the Liquor Enforcement Division's first Tobacco Rulemaking Working Group will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. 

The meeting will be held at the Division's Lakewood office located at 1707 Cole Boulevard, Suite 300 Lakewood, CO 80401 in the Red Rocks Conference Room. The meeting will also be held over Zoom for those who can not attend in person. Here is the Zoom information.

At this meeting, the Division will conduct its mandatory rule review of Regulations 7-700, 7-701, and 7-705. For your convenience, here is a link to those rules:

As always, the Division will accept public comments at the meeting by individuals in-person and online, but if you cannot attend the meeting at all and would still like to submit comments, please email them to dor_ledtobacco_rulemaking@state.co.us. If you have any proposed changes to the Tobacco Regulations, please feel free to send them to that email address as well.
