LED - 2025 Tobacco Rules Working Group Application

Hello, 

The Liquor & Tobacco Enforcement Division is preparing for the 2025 Tobacco Working Group sessions. Please click the link below to apply to be a formal member of the 2025 Tobacco Working Group sessions. We ask that all applications be received by May 8, 2025, at 5 p.m. so selections can be made and announced prior to our first meeting. Rulemaking sessions will be held both in person and with a virtual option.

Please note that if you apply, we ask that you plan to be in attendance at 90% of our meetings or designate a proxy in your absence. If a member is not attending, the Division reserves the right to select a secondary candidate applicant and remove the first candidate due to lack of attendance and participation.

Please send any questions about the 2025 Tobacco Rules Working Group or the application form above to dor_ledtobacco_rulemaking@state.co.us. We have a lot of very important work to do this year, and we look forward to your thoughtful insight as we embark on this rulemaking season.
