LED - 2025 Notice of Rulemaking Hearing - Liquor Rules

October 9th, 2025

The Division has filed its Notice of Rulemaking with the Secretary of State for revisions to the Liquor Regulations discussed during this year's Liquor Rulemaking Working Group. Please see the attached notice. 

2025 Liquor Notice of Rulemaking Hearing

The Hearing will be held on November 3, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at 1707 Cole Boulevard, Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80401 in the Pikes Peak Conference Room. 

The Division is accepting written public comments until November 5, 2025, at 5:00 pm, and verbal comments may be given during the hearing. You may submit written comments to dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us.
