2025 Liquor Rulemaking Public Comments and Responses

We would like to remind everyone that their voice is important, and written comments are always accepted and reviewed regardless of formal working group inclusion status. If anyone wishes to submit written comments to be included in this year's record, we welcome you to email them to dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us.

Public comments may be submitted to the Division via this email until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
