LED - 2025 Liquor Rulemaking Hearing Reminder #2

Please let this message serve as a reminder that the Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division will be holding the 2025 Liquor Rulemaking Hearing on November 3, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at 1707 Cole Boulevard, Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80401.

Due to ongoing technological issues with the previously listed conference room, the hearing will now be held in the Red Rocks Conference Room at the same address as previously provided, and above. There will be staff and signage available to help all attendees arrive at the correct conference room. Again, this is only a change of the conference room located within the same suite.

There will be no change for those wishing to attend virtually. Attendees can participate online via the original Zoom provided in the Notice of Rulemaking Hearing and listed below:

As a reminder, the Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division sent out an updated version of Regulation 47-950: Display of Alcohol Beverages Immediately Adjacent to Soft Drinks, Fruit Juices, Cereal, Candy, Toys, Crossover Alcohol Products, and Low or Non-Alcoholic Alternative Beverages, on October 21, 2025. The Division has also made non-substantive grammar edits to some additional regulations.

The Division is accepting written public comments until November 5, 2025, at 5:00 pm, and verbal comments may be given during the hearing. You may submit written comments to dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us.
