As a reminder, the Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division will be holding the 2025 Liquor Rulemaking Hearing on November 3, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at 1707 Cole Boulevard, Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80401 in the Pikes Peak Conference Room. The Division is accepting written public comments until November 5, 2025, at 5:00 pm, and verbal comments may be given during the hearing. You may submit written comments to dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us.
