Good afternoon, the Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division has updated the redlines for Regulation 47-950, Display of Alcohol Beverages Immediately Adjacent to Soft Drinks, Fruit Juices, Cereal, Candy, Toys, Crossover Alcohol Products, and Low or Non-Alcoholic Alternative Beverages.

The Division is accepting written public comments until November 5, 2025, at 5:00 pm, and verbal comments may be given during the hearing. You may submit written comments to dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us.
