LED - 2024 Liquor Rules Working Group - Updated Rulemaking Dates

August 13, 2024

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Division has cancelled the August 29, 2024, rulemaking session. We will still hold two (2) full-day Liquor Rules Working Group sessions in September, but we will not be meeting in August.

The meeting dates are amended as follows:

September 4, 2024: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm 

September 18, 2024: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm

We recognize that committing to a full-day schedule may not be possible for all of our working group members. For any working group members who are unable to attend for the full session, we ask that you designate a proxy for the times you will not be available. Please notify us of your proxy's first and last name, phone number, and email address by emailing dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us

For those who wish to submit written comments, please email your comments to dor_led_rulemaking@state.co.us. Public comment will be reviewed at the beginning of each meeting.

2024 September Full Day Liquor Rulemaking Schedule

The Division does reserve the right to take up additional rules if time permits. 

Both meetings will be held in person at our office at 1707 Cole Boulevard, Suite 300, Lakewood, Colorado 80401, in the Red Rocks Conference Room. For those who are unable to attend in person, virtual attendance will be available via Zoom.
