Dear Liquor Industry Members, Local Clerks, and Stakeholders:
Please review the attached Agenda detailing the Liquor Enforcement Division's plans for working groups and subgroups this year. The topics that will be addressed at each meeting are listed in an effort to give you all time to prepare thoughtful comments and submit suggested language well in advance of the meetings themselves.
Please note that many stakeholder suggestions for topics to cover this year already fall under one (or more) of the Regulations scheduled for annual review and will be discussed at those scheduled times.
More detailed Agendas for each meeting will be issued the week prior to the meeting and will list the location at which the meetings are to be held.
While we will do our very best to adhere to this Agenda, we expect that some topics/times will need to be adjusted as we may not be able to accurately anticipate the length of time needed on any given point.
We look forward to all of your insights and suggestions as we kick off this Rule-making year.
