On June 28, 2017, the LED filed notice with the Colorado Secretary of State's Office concerning the permanent rule notification for modification of fees. On the same date, the State Licensing Authority adopted Emergency Rules to reflect these changes Effective July 1, 2017. The Liquor Rules Working Group (which meets on July 6, 2017) will discuss this permanent rule request.
