This is a reminder that the permanent rulemaking hearing on the Firearms Dealer rules is at 9:00a.m. on April 1, 2025, at 1707 Cole Boulevard, Suite 300, Lakewood, CO 80401, in the Red Rocks Conference Room. The hearing will also be held over Zoom. There will be a public comment period during the hearing, during which members of the public will have two minutes to speak. The Division is also accepting written comments until 5:00 p.m. on April 7th, 2025.

We want to remind everyone that their voice is important. Written comments are always accepted and reviewed regardless of formal working group inclusion status. Written comments should be submitted to DOR_FDDrulemaking@state.co.us.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the Hearing on April 1, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Please remember that comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per attendee to permit as many comments as time allows.
