BULLETIN 22-02 Entertainment District Updates and Reporting Requirements

Dear Local Licensing Clerks and Local Licensing Authority Partners,  

This bulletin is designed to serve as a reminder that pursuant to Regulation 47-328 of the Colorado Liquor Rules (1 CCR 203-2), local licensing authorities need to report the establishment of, or any changes to, Entertainment Districts located within their local jurisdictions to the Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) within fifteen (15) days of that establishment or change.   

Having accurate records of locations, hours, premises maps, and relevant information regarding the operation of an Entertainment District and any common consumption areas attached thereto helps us work in partnership with you to ensure public safety and help businesses in our state thrive.  

Please submit these relevant records regarding Entertainment Districts located within your jurisdiction to: dor_liqlicensing@state.co.us as soon as possible to help us ensure that we have upto-date and accurate records for our program administration and required reporting on our end.
