Please be advised of the following processes with regard to the product registration is as follows:
- If you currently have a product registered in the State of Colorado and there are no changes to the product itself you are not required to re-register said product.
- However, if you do request a change to an existing product registration (e.g., a newer vintage, different container type | size, or new label design) you will now be required to submit such changes on a DR8440 registration form to include the $5.00 per product fee.
- Changes or additions of designated Wholesalers will need to be submitted on a DR8440 registration form to include the $5.00 per product fee.
