MED 2022 Final Administrative Actions

Final Actions issued by the State Licensing Authority in the calendar year 2022. Actions will continue to be added to this page as they are issued throughout the year.

• Final Agency Orders (FAOs): a decision issued by the SLA following an administrative hearing before the Department of Revenue Hearings Division. Following the hearing, the Hearing Officer issues an Initial Decision, making findings of fact and conclusions of law based on the evidence presented at the hearing. Note that if neither party to the action contests an Initial Decision within thirty days, the Initial Decision becomes the Final Agency Action.

• Stipulation, Agreement, and Order (SAOs): an agreement between the Division and the licensee that acknowledges non-compliant activity on the part of the licensee and requires the licensee to resolve the non-compliant concerns. The agreement may require the licensee[s] to reduce the risk of future non-compliance activity, suspend operations, relinquish the business or owner license, and pay a fine. .
