2021 Emergency Rules
The Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) is notifying liquor stakeholders that on September 23, 2021 the state Licensing Authority adopted an emergency rule to modify Regulation 47-302 and Regulation 47-1103 effective September 23, 2021.
