Dear Liquor Stakeholders,
The 2016 Rule Making Hearing was held yesterday, October 31, 2016 at 1 p.m. in Lakewood, CO. During the hearing the Liquor Enforcement Division decided to request changes to the following regulations due to stakeholder input:
47-317 (typographical error)
47-322 (changed to allow only malt liquor for off-premises give-a-ways)
47-602 (request the regulation not to be changed, pending further discussion with industry members)
