With the passage of Proposition DD, which legalizes sports betting in Colorado, the Division of Gaming is conducting stakeholder working groups to help the division develop sound and fair rules, regulations, and implementation plans for legalizing sports betting in Colorado.
The application process for committee membership consideration has now ended, and we have currently filled all available positions on the various workgroups. A list of stakeholders selected for each rule review committee is now available here.
Members of the public can attend all rulemaking workgroups. We invite you to attend and participate in the upcoming scheduled sports betting workgroup sessions. The current schedule of upcoming rule review working group committee sessions is as follows:

Additionally, we encourage participation in the sports betting workgroup sessions by submitting any comments via email to any rules reviewed by any of the workgroup committees. Members of the public may submit comments regarding industry-related matters and rules reviewed to dor_gamingweb@state.co.us.
For future workgroups, we will open the application process up again and will send adequate notice to those subscribed to our sports betting email distribution list.
